Board President

Ms. Courtney Harring, LCSW

President

Ms. Courtney Harring serves as Board President of the Therapy Plus Foundation, providing strategic leadership to advance the Foundation’s mission and strengthen its impact in maternal mental health, wellness, and equitable access to care. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and seasoned behavioral health professional with extensive experience spanning clinical practice, systems-level healthcare operations, and healthcare entrepreneurship.

A graduate of the University of Dayton (Ohio), Ms. Harring is also the owner of a private practice focused on helping clinicians build sustainable, high-quality practices—particularly in medical, dental, and behavioral health settings. Her work emphasizes ethical growth, operational excellence, and improving access to services through effective practice design and payer-informed strategies.

Ms. Harring is recognized for her professional thought leadership in areas such as practice management, Medicaid policy, and healthcare operations, and she remains actively engaged in national networks that promote behavioral health innovation, workforce support, and patient-centered care. Through her board leadership, she brings a strong commitment to accountability, collaboration, and community-informed solutions that improve outcomes for mothers and families.

Ms. Brittany Chandler, LCSW

Vice President

Brittany Chandler serves as Vice President of the Therapy Plus Foundation Board. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Mississippi, Tennessee, and California, with over a decade of experience providing mental health support and therapeutic services across diverse populations. In her role as Vice President, Brittany supports the Board President in advancing the Foundation’s strategic priorities and plays an active leadership role in outreach, special initiatives, and community engagement efforts aligned with the Foundation’s mission to expand access to culturally responsive mental health care.

Brittany brings a strong clinical background in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, motivation challenges, conflict resolution, and self-esteem concerns. Her practice is grounded in collaboration, empowerment, and respect for client voice, with a focus on fostering resilience while maintaining healthy boundaries and culturally responsive care.

Her guiding philosophy centers on the belief that seeking help requires courage and that meaningful change occurs through steady, intentional steps. Brittany’s clinical expertise, compassionate leadership, and commitment to equity bring significant value to the Therapy Plus Foundation’s work in maternal mental health, perinatal wellness, and community advocacy.

Ms. Adrienne Allen, Ed.S

Adrienne Allen brings over 21 years of educational leadership experience to her role as Secretary for the Therapy Plus Foundation. With a strong background in both general and special education, Ms. Allen has served as a Special Needs Instructor, General Education Instructor, Collegiate Instructor, Dean of Students, and Department Chair across multiple states including Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Nevada. Currently serving as an Inclusion Instructor for the Canton Public School District, she is deeply committed to equity and access in education. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Science in Elementary Education from Alcorn State University, as well as an Educational Specialist degree from Freed-Hardeman University.

Beyond her academic career, Ms. Allen is the founder and CEO of Pro22:6, a Christian-based mentoring and educational awareness program. She has held national leadership roles within the Alcorn State University National Alumni Association, served on alumni boards, and remains actively involved in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and Tau Beta Sigma. A dedicated mother and mentor, Ms. Allen brings administrative acumen, heartfelt service, and organizational insight to the Foundation’s mission.

Ms. Brittany Oatis

Brittany Oatis is a proud graduate of Jackson State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. With a strong background in nonprofit accounting and financial operations, she brings both expertise and integrity to her role as Treasurer for Therapy Plus Foundation.

In this capacity, Ms. Oatis oversees all financial functions, including budget development, fiscal reporting, grant compliance, and audit preparedness. She ensures transparency and accountability across all financial activities, helping the Foundation maintain its commitment to responsible stewardship of resources. Her attention to detail and understanding of nonprofit finance are instrumental in supporting the organization’s mission-driven programs and long-term sustainability.
